Program Notes:

*Oaklands is offering 2 spaces per camp for children requiring Inclusion Support Staff.
*If your child receives support in school or childcare settings, then they will require one of these reserved spaces.
*If your child does not receive supported care, please do not register into these reserved spaces.

*Camps open at 7:30 am and finish at 5:30 pm.
*Please pack a morning snack, water bottle, sunscreen, hat and full lunch (unless ordering lunch with camps).
*Our camps are for children who have completed Kindergarten up to Grade 5.
*CCFRI Government funding has reduced the parent portion of fees.
*Fees for children who have finished K have even further reduced fees due to government funding.
*Please make sure to select the appropriate fee.
Full fees: $260/week (before funding is applied)
Parent portion of fees after CCFRI: $180/week for Grade K
Parent portion of fees after CCFRI: $231.25/week for Grades 1

Children who are starting Kindergarten in September 2025 are required to complete an exemption form and letter that needs to be approved prior to registration. Please contact program coordinator at camps@oaklandsca.com for forms. Registration for Pre-K cannot be completed until exemptions are approved.

Full fees are due at time of registration - For families who receive subsidy, it is the family's responsibility to ensure that benefits are current and correct. Please make sure paperwork is submitted well in advance to camps. Full fees will be due at time of registration and a refund will be issued at the end of July and/or August or once MCFD has been invoiced – NO EXCEPTIONS!.

Cancellation policy:
Written or email cancellation 30 days prior to 1st day of camp: full refund - $25 admin fee/week
Under 30 days prior to 1st day of camp- full refund - LESS $50/week
Under 14 days prior to 1st day of camp - NO REFUND*
*Unless cancellation is for medical reasons and a doctor's note is presented.
