50 min SWEAT Summer Outdoors

Get out. Get SWEATY. Get on with Life. 50 min of total body conditioning. Circuit, Hiit, strength and plyometrics. Every day is a bit different, but expect to hustle and make every minute count. Running is a component, but all levels/injuries are welcome and power walking is encouraged.
No babysitter? No problem. We are family inclusive: kids are welcome, BUT parents are responsible for monitoring.

*Refunds will only be issued for withdraw requests made three business days in advance of the class start.
*If after attending the first class you decide a program is not right for you, we are happy to issue a pro-rated refund. This request must be made prior to the start of the second class.
*Refunds will generally not be issued for withdrawal after the second class. Special circumstances may be considered and may require a note from a medical professional.
