Your Coach will take you through a full body workout which can be modified for any fitness level. Variety is the spice of life, so expect a new workout each week with an assortment of equipment. If you need to stop and feed or change a diaper during class, go ahead!. No judgement in these four walls. That's what these classes are for. Get in as much exercise as you can during the 55 minute window.

*Refunds will only be issued for withdraw requests made three business days in advance of the class start.
*If after attending the first class you decide a program is not right for you, we are happy to issue a pro-rated refund. This request must be made 24 hrs prior to the start of the second class.
